Ray is operated by Ferree Heijmans, a sole proprietor registered in Belgium. These terms govern your use of ray-automation.com and any services provided by Ray.
Ray provides AI automation consulting, workflow development, and system integration services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of any engagement are agreed in writing before work begins. No work is undertaken without a signed agreement or written confirmation from both parties.
All work delivered by Ray becomes the property of the client upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ray retains the right to reference completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Payment terms are specified per project in the written agreement. Ray reserves the right to pause or terminate work if agreed payment milestones are not met. Deposits are non-refundable unless Ray fails to deliver the agreed scope.
Ray is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered systems or services. Every system is tested before delivery, but no automated system is guaranteed to be error-free in all circumstances. The client is responsible for testing and validating delivered work within their own environment before deploying it in production.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Work completed up to the point of termination will be invoiced at the agreed rate. Ray will deliver all completed work assets to the client upon termination.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes arising from these terms or any engagement with Ray will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
